20 people have died in a fire at an elderly home in China, reports the state-controlled news agency New China.
The fire broke out at around 9 pm on Tuesday evening in Hebei province in northern China, about 180 kilometers from the capital Beijing.
"Other residents of the elderly home have been moved to nearby hospitals for further observation and treatment", writes New China.
It is still unclear how the fire started.
