Oura CEO Tom Hale tells Bloomberg that Brian Lynch - Apple's top manager of hardware engineering for home products since 2022 - will leave the iPhone manufacturer and join Oura.
There he will become senior manager of hardware engineering.
For Apple, it is considered a setback, as the tech giant is already struggling with product delays.
Oura, which was valued at $11 billion (102 billion SEK) at the end of last year, has made several notable recruitments from Apple in recent years.
