The Swedish volleyball team was beaten by Italy in its first group match of the European Championship, as expected. But neighbouring Finland caused a real surprise when it won the European Championship quarter-finals - on Italy's home court in Turin.
"A fantastic day," Joonas Jokela told Yle after the 3-2 victory on Wednesday evening.
Now the semi-final against France awaits on Friday.
"I feel calm. We're not done with this yet," says Jokela.
In Italy, the headlines are pitch black after the loss.
