The Power Plant was Dramaten's experimental stage for innovative performing arts. Most recently, a modern "Hamlet" was performed here, directed by Dramaten director Mattias Andersson. But the rent for the premises became too high for the national stage and in 2025 the curtain came down for good.

Now Filip Hammar and Fredrik Wikingsson's production company Nexiko is taking over the premises on Linnégatan in Stockholm. The ambition is to create a place for digital and immersive art, or immersive art as it is also called.

The first to be featured is artist Lars Lerin, who will inaugurate the premises with an audiovisual performance.
