FIFA has presented its accounts for 2025 and budget for the coming years. It shows that last summer's Club World Cup in the United States alone contributed SEK 18.6 billion in increased revenue.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino also benefited financially.
For the past two years, his annual bonus has been around SEK 19.5 million, but now it has increased to around SEK 26 million. His annual salary, however, remained unchanged - it amounts to SEK 30.7 million (CHF 2.6 million).
