Ferrero Acquires WK Kellogg in $3.1 Billion Deal

Chocolate giant Ferrero is making a bid for the American corn flake specialist WK Kellogg. Ferrero pays 23 dollars per share, which values the corn flake company at 3.1 billion dollars. According to Ferrero, the entire Kellogg's board agrees to accept the bid.
