Seier Christensen, who owns over 22 percent of FC Copenhagen, published a post where he supported USA's President Donald Trump after the notorious meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyj at the White House.
The owner calls Zelenskyj "deeply incompetent, deeply impolite and deeply stupid". Also, that the media have only shown part of the meeting.
The post has thousands of reactions and comments – and now Ståle Solbakken reacts.
I didn't think it was true. He goes directly against what FCK stands for and has stood for, he says to Nettavisen.
It's an enormous problem for FCK's reputation and can cause great harm. Volodymyr Zelenskyj and the Ukrainian people have fought against oppression for three years – and then a man like Lars Seier comes and undermines it. It's unworthy, he continues.
FC Copenhagen has not yet commented on the matter.
I react to the fact that no one, neither in the board, administration nor the sports department, takes a stand against him, says Solbakken.
Solbakken has coached the Danish giant club for a total of twelve years and has also played there.
