It was in April that the man assaulted the boy and let his dogs attack the child. The father then choked the boy until he lost consciousness and tried to throw him from the fourth-floor balcony.
The Södertörn District Court has ruled that the boy's life was in danger and has now sentenced the father to ten years in prison and deportation without time limit. The man must also pay just over 300,000 kronor in damages to his son.
