The police were there for a different reason but became suspicious of the father and later found a large number of 3D-printed weapon parts. They found parts for a submachine gun, two single-shot pistols, ammunition, and manuals for weapons manufacturing.

Both father and son have denied the charges. However, the father was sentenced to four years in prison for, among other things, aggravated weapons offenses, while the son was sentenced to two years and four months in prison.
