A person is dead after a shooting in Copenhagen, the police report to Danish media. Two more people have been injured. However, it is not about life-threatening injuries and one of the injured is said to have sought medical care himself.
We cannot rule out that there are more injured people, says Martin Kajberg at the Copenhagen police to Ekstra Bladet.
The police were alerted to the scene at 7 pm on Sunday evening after several people heard the shooting.
No one has been arrested, but a comprehensive police effort is underway.
"We have a massive presence in the Ruten, Tingbjerg area in connection with a reported shooting. Follow our instructions and respect the cordons", writes the Copenhagen police on X.
