Färjestad has started the hockey season brilliantly, but here is some sad news for the team's fans:
Marcus Johansson, the summer's major signing, will be out of action for much of the autumn.
"Marcus has sustained a foot injury. He will now begin his rehabilitation training and we hope to have him back in action during December," says Mattias Hell from Färjestad's medical team in a statement on the club's website.
Johansson was injured in the 2-1 win against Rögle on Thursday and did not play when Färjestad defeated Björklöven 5-0 two days later.
