This is the first conviction for hate crime due to racism at a football match in Spain.
"This verdict represents a milestone never seen before in the fight against racism in sports in Spain", writes La Liga in a comment.
The convicted supporters from Valladolid are sentenced to one year's imprisonment conditionally and fines of around 20,000 kronor each.
The league calls it "a clear step forward in the fight against racism in football".
Last year, three Valencia fans were convicted for racism directed at Vinícius, but it was not classified as a hate crime.
