Falkenland, who is currently working on her new novel "The Author", will receive the Samfundet De Nio special prize of 100,000 SEK.
The poet Ann Hallström and the author and artist Leif Holmstrand also receive the prize.
The De Nio Society is a literary academy that was founded in 1913 with the aim of promoting Swedish fiction.
