The 18-year-old is suspected of murder and several attempted murders following the attack at Brinell School in Fagersta on August 21.

According to a statement from the probation service, which has now been submitted to Västmanland District Court, the 18-year-old needs supervision.

"He has no physical illness, but has described extensive mental illness," the probation service writes, recommending another so-called Section 7 examination.

According to an earlier examination from last autumn, the 18-year-old may be suffering from a serious mental disorder.
