A preliminary investigation into serious unlawful threats has been initiated and a plaintiff's attorney has been appointed for several people, reports Ekot.

The 18-year-old is in custody on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. A 16-year-old boy is in custody on suspicion of aiding and abetting.
