Andreas Palicka has a hemorrhage in his left eye and will not be able to train in the coming days.
But the hope is that he will be ready to play in the national handball team's European Championship opener next Saturday.
"Of course you get scared when it's a blow to the eye and want to make sure it's not something serious. I'm grateful I was able to quickly see a specialist who could calm us down. I feel much better today and I'm happy that the hopes that I will be fully back at the beginning of next week are high," says Palicka.
