It concerns an explosive device that detonated in Jaramana, southeast of Damascus, a source with insight into the television channel says.
The extent of the damage is not known at this time, but several ambulances have been called to the scene, according to an AFP photographer on site.
According to the Lebanese newspaper L'Orient Le Jour, several people have died in the explosion.
