Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport has been attacked again. The Saudi-led coalition supporting government forces in Yemen also says a cruise missile was shot down near the airport. On Sunday evening, the Houthi movement claimed responsibility for the attack.

Authorities in Riyadh have suspended flights to and from the airport following the incident. Earlier on Sunday, it was announced that several schools would hold remote classes.

King Khalid Airport is closed after Saturday's deadly attack, which killed at least 12 people and injured more than 300.

The attacks mark a further escalation in the conflict between Saudi Arabia and the Yemeni Houthi movement.

On Sunday afternoon, the Houthi movement accused Saudi Arabia of attacking the airport in Yemen's capital, Sanaa. Saudi Arabia has vowed to retaliate for Saturday's deadly attack.
