We received the alarm just before 03 that an explosion had been heard and smoke seen and that something had been thrown into a premises, says Richard Nilsson, duty officer at the Fire Service South.
No person is said to have been injured in the explosion and it is still unclear what has exploded.
We have technicians on site who are investigating the crime scene. There have been some minor damage but not so that it is any danger to the house, says Henrik Hagström, duty officer at the police in region South.
The area is cordoned off and patrols are on site but at 04 o'clock there was no one suspected of the explosion.
An investigation into general endangerment and serious offense against flammable and explosive goods has been initiated.
