In total, two young people have been deprived of their freedom during the night, but for one of them the arrest has been lifted, says chief prosecutor Eva Nemec Nordh to the newspaper.
The alarm came in at 00.20 on the night of Thursday, and the explosion occurred in connection with a balcony in the Vasastaden district.
There are some material damages but no one is supposed to be injured, said the police's press spokesperson Angelica Forsberg to TT during the night.
The police are on the scene and are investigating the incident by, among other things, talking to residents of the building. The National Bomb Protection was called to the scene.
