An explosion has occurred outside the gate to an apartment building in central Skövde.
According to the police, one person has been taken to hospital with unclear injuries. The incident is being investigated as reckless destruction and the police are looking for one or more perpetrators.
Residents of the multi-family house have been evacuated and are therefore not allowed to leave the property.
The suspected crime scene has been cordoned off for technical examination. The police are going door-to-door in the area and witnesses will be interviewed. There is no information about what has exploded.
The alarm came at 18.21 on Monday after several people called and reported a loud bang.
