There is no damage that would require the house to be demolished, but something quite powerful hit, says Jan Matérne.
There was no one at home in the villa at the time of the explosion. The case is classified as public destruction, and no suspect has been taken into custody.
We are on site there and have patrols looking for perpetrators and have been doing so since it happened.
The National Bomb Squad has been called to the scene.
