An explosion occurred at a restaurant in Nacka east of Stockholm at around 11 pm on Sunday. According to the police, there were minor material damages, including shattered glass, at the restaurant located in Björknäs center.
The police believe it was some kind of firework bomb, says police spokesperson Anna Westberg.
One person is detained in the case. The person is suspected of having carried out the explosion itself, says Westberg on Monday morning.
The National Bomb Squad was on site during the night. The incident is being investigated as aggravated general endangerment and aggravated crime under the law on flammable and explosive goods.
