"People called in from different places saying they had heard a louder bang. After about an hour, at 1:20 a.m., we found a detonation site," says Peter Martin, the police officer on duty.
The explosion is not considered to have caused major damage to buildings, but a vehicle was damaged. The case is classified as public destruction and a violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
