"Some type of detonation has occurred, and we are investigating what happened," says Alexander Sterner, officer on duty at the police.
No one was injured, but damage was caused to a building. The incident is classified as a serious public danger.
It is a residential area, but the property is not an ordinary residential building but a different type of premises. There is property damage, such as broken glass.
The alarm was received by the police at 11:45 p.m. on Monday.
As of 3 a.m., no one had been arrested.
