"Something exploded at the gate of an apartment building in Brandbergen, and there has been material damage, including broken glass," says police spokesperson Nadya Norton.
No one was injured in connection with the incident.
"Now we are collecting information, talking to witnesses, securing evidence and so on," says Norton.
We are looking for the person or people who did this.
No one had been arrested as of 2:15 a.m. Technicians were on the scene by 3:30 a.m.
The incident is being investigated as endangering the public and as a serious violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
