An explosion has occurred at a gate in Vinsta in western Stockholm, according to the police. The blast took place at an apartment building, but no one is believed to have been injured.
We have had a smaller explosive charge in a gate and there are limited damages to a façade, says Ola Österling at the police.
The police have cordoned off the area and are conducting person checks in Västerort to catch the perpetrator. The alarm about the explosion came at 22.12 on Tuesday.
The blast is being investigated as general reckless endangerment. Technicians will examine the site.
