Several people reported hearing a loud bang, and the alarm was raised around 00:30 on Friday. The National Bomb Disposal Service was called to the scene and a technical investigation will be carried out.
"We have had a number of resources working to arrest the possible perpetrator or perpetrators, and we have also had a number of patrols working to secure the crime scene," says Skagerlind.
The police are also interviewing neighbors and witnesses. A helicopter is also participating in the police work.
The incident is being investigated as a serious public danger and a violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
