No one has been injured, and no one has been evacuated. The material damage is greater than in yesterday's explosion.
"We are on site to answer the residents' questions and try to calm their concerns. The concern is, of course, very high," Österling told TT on Wednesday morning.
During the night, the police told TT that they had begun work on identifying residents near the incident and that they were investigating whether there was a connection between the explosions.
No suspect has been arrested. The incident is being investigated as a case of serious public endangerment.
The alarm came at 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
