The alarm was received just before midnight on Sunday, and police responded with several units.
Initially, the police stated that no signs of an explosion had been found. However, after further investigation, “minor material damage” was found, indicating that something had detonated on a higher floor.

The newspaper also reports that a man has been arrested on suspicion of public destruction and violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
Residents have been evacuated and the National Bomb Squad is on the scene. There are no reports of anyone being injured.
