The alarm about the incident came in at 4 a.m., and it concerned an explosion.
"It appears that someone threw something, a bottle or something similar, with some kind of liquid in it, which broke and started a fire in a gate at an apartment building. But it was extinguished quite quickly by members of the public," says Björn Wessman, the police officer on duty.
No one was injured in the incident.
