Evolution ends merger agreement, to pay $5.2 million termination fee

The collaboration with Galaxy Gaming within the framework of existing relationships is expected to continue, according to Evolution, which, with the termination of the agreement, will be obliged to pay a termination fee of $5.2 million (approximately SEK 50 million).
