"Today we have held further consultations with our European and Canadian partners within the framework of the Berlin format. We are driving the peace process forward. Now openness and honesty are required from everyone - including Russia."
The meeting is part of ongoing negotiations that have been underway since November, with the goal of ending the war.
On Monday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and negotiators from Kyiv spoke by phone with US envoy Steve Witkoff. This followed Zelenskyy’s calls with US President Donald Trump and European leaders.
