The album "The Final Countdown" was released in 1986 and the title track quickly became a worldwide hit. The song topped the charts in 25 countries and the album sold multi-platinum.
Next year, the Swedish rock band will celebrate with an anniversary tour that will hit twelve countries, as well as a new album. The tour will include playing the album “The Final Countdown” in its entirety.
In Sweden, Europe will play in Gothenburg on October 23 and in Stockholm on October 24.
There will also be gigs in Frederiksberg on October 22 and in Oslo on October 26.
