The EU Commission is taking Sweden to court for not sufficiently implementing the rules on European arrest warrants.
The Commission warned Sweden on the matter already in 2021 and returned last year with continued complaints, including the possibilities for the one who issued the warrant to interrogate or temporarily transfer persons.
Also Poland is being taken to the EU's court in the same case.
