A review was launched as early as April 2024 to investigate grants, tax relief and other funding to the formerly fully state-owned company.
In a press release, it is now stated that there are "indications that Goldwind has received foreign subsidies that distort the market."
The formal investigation being initiated concerns the production and sale of wind turbines in the EU.
