The EU is not interested in easing any sanctions against Russia until the country stops waging war in Ukraine, says one of the EU Commission's spokespersons on foreign affairs.
"Unconditional withdrawal of all Russian military forces from Ukraine's entire territory would be one of the main conditions for changing or easing the sanctions", says the spokesperson according to the news agency AFP.
Russia has demanded easing of sanctions affecting Russian agriculture in order to agree to a partial ceasefire in the Black Sea.
