"Everyone in Köping is doing a little better today. We seemed a little more tense today and that's why it was also a little more even," says Eslöv's coach Mattias Andersson after Saturday's decisive 5–2 victory.
As usual, Eslöv's Li Fen, 49, delivered a flawless performance, winning all three of her matches. Her singles record for the season is 19–0.
"Li is of an incredibly high standard and her opponents must not make any mistakes, because then she will decide immediately," says Andersson.
Eslöv also has the best second-placed player in the series, Alexandra Chiriacova. Third-placed Nomin Baasan was recently selected for Sweden's team for the World Team Championship, which starts in ten days.
