EQT sells AI-driven cybersecurity company Ontinue to Quorum Cyber

A fund in the Wallenberg Circle venture capital group EQT - EQT Mid Market Europe - has agreed to sell Ontinue, an AI-driven cybersecurity services company.

The buyer is the British cybersecurity group Quorum Cyber, EQT writes in a press release.

There is no information on the purchase price in the press release.

Ontinue's cybersecurity services are designed specifically to protect Microsoft users. The company sells its services to more than 250 companies, organizations and institutions in Europe and the United States.
