Juventus will be Holm's fourth Serie A club, having also played for Spezia and Atalanta in addition to Bologna. The 25-year-old has also been part of IFK Göteborg and Sønderjyske.
In the Swedish national team, Holm has scored two goals in 16 matches.
This season he has made 19 appearances for Bologna, where he has registered one goal and five assists.
