The game company Embracer's founder and long-time CEO Lars Wingefors is leaving as CEO and will instead become working chairman of the board.
New to the CEO position will be Phil Rogers, according to a press release.
The current chairman of the board Kicki Wallje-Lund is proposed as vice chairman. The changes are planned to take place at the annual general meeting in September.
