Elon Musk's media platform X is suing the state of New York, writes Bloomberg.
In the lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday, X claims that a law requiring social media companies to report how they handle hate propaganda, extremism and disinformation violates the US Constitution.
X wants a court ruling that declares the provisions unlawful and prevents New York from implementing them.
