The player, who was previously convicted of match-fixing and was suspended from all sports, signed with the club before the season.
In September, the player was prosecuted again, this time suspected of money laundering.
Now the team announces that the player's contract will be terminated prematurely at the player's request.
"We always want to be an association that believes people should get a second chance, but sometimes it doesn't turn out as one had hoped," the club writes on its website.
