Building electricity networks in Sweden and the Nordic region is a multi-billion-dollar industry. Linjemontage's sales have risen by SEK 2 billion in a couple of years to SEK 3.2 billion in the last financial year.
Now the Indian main owner, Kalpataru, wants to list the company on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The listing is currently expected to take place at the end of September, according to a press release.
Among the new major owners who have announced that they will participate in the investment are the Third AP Fund and the trade union Unionen.
