According to the Swedish Transport Administration, the power failure occurred in southern Stockholm. It is affecting traffic on the Stockholm–Malmö and Stockholm–Gothenburg routes, according to SJ.
The fault occurred at 6 pm on Monday evening. Personnel have been on site since 6:35 pm.
They are currently inspecting the track. This means that they are probably running a commuter train to see what could be wrong. We hope that it will start soon, but right now we don't know what the problem is, says Anders Edgren at SJ to Göteborgs-Posten.
The Swedish Transport Administration's forecast is that the fault will be fixed by 8:00 p.m.
