Some of the unidentified voters have been incorrectly given another voter's voter list number and therefore not registered correctly. This is because the vote receiver has started receiving a new vote without finishing processing the previous voter's vote.
Then you end up with the first voter, then the system doesn't move forward, says Anna Nyqvist.
Cannot vote multiple times
Another reason why votes are registered incorrectly is that people have voted early more than once, which makes all early votes invalid.
I want to say this clearly, we have said this several times, you cannot vote early several times, says Anna Nyqvist.
Nyqvist further says that the incorrect votes are not limited to a geographical area.
It is spread across several locations and we will publish a list, probably tomorrow, on val.se with which locations and times are affected.
Meeting with the party secretaries
On Monday, the Election Authority held a meeting with the party secretaries of the parliamentary parties.
