A man in his 70s has died after being found lifeless in Övre Skärsjön outside Skinnskatteberg, the police write on their website.
The police were alerted to the scene shortly after 4:30 pm.
Relatives have been informed and told the police that the man was out fishing in the lake.
A forensic examination will be conducted, but the police state on their website that they do not suspect any crime.
