An 85-year-old man has died in a single-vehicle accident with a passenger car south of Linköping.
The accident was reported at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The car had driven into a ditch for unknown reasons.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries. At 9pm, police announced that his life could not be saved.
The police are investigating the fatal accident and the car has been seized.
