Nasser Al-Attiyah of Qatar took the overall victory in the rally for the sixth time, finishing almost ten minutes ahead of second-place Nani Roma of Spain.
Mattias Ekström, Roma's teammate at Ford, won the final stage in Saudi Arabia and finished third overall. The Swedish veteran won the most stages in this year's edition, with four.
