The listing will take place via a so-called SPAC, a listed shell company that can be used to quickly list on the stock exchange. Now the owners of the SPAC Legato will give the go-ahead for the deal. An extraordinary general meeting will be held on June 4.
During the spring, Einride secured $113 million, equivalent to just over SEK 1 billion in new capital.
Einride has also lowered its valuation from $1.8 billion to $1.35 billion.
